Sep 2022: diagnostics on noises in 2008 Sienna; confirmed my suspicions (expensive transfer case and intermediate steering shaft) but reassured me about safety and gave me lots of discussion/advice about whether to do the repairs at all. 2021: new rotors and pads for our '99 F250 ... Brad was careful to figure out our truck's needs (horse-trailering), decided on some high-end parts, and estimated a price which was slightly less than other mechanics who suggested using mid-range "OEM" parts. I needed to shift the appointment around, they accommodated, then got us in and out in one day. They checked brake fluid and decided against exchanging it (which I had pre-authorized) and they undershot their estimate by about 10% (nice surprise!) Aug 2020: rebuilt the truck's trans (in the midst of the Lightning Complex fires!) and it's held up great. 5 stars for their value, professionalism, and integrity!

The most honest and reliable mechanic shop I have ever been to. I have taken multiple cars here for multiple reasons and they have always been upfront, honest, and did a great job. Just recently the dealership told me I needed a new heater core. I took my car to Scott’s Valley Transmission and they used a cleaning solution and pump to fix what was clogging the heater core and it is working great. They saved me a lot of money and stress on an unnecessary repair. I will always take my vehicles here as long as I live in the area.

Brad and his techs did a great job replacing the engine in our truck. We also had them replace our transmission earlier this year. They are honest, hard working and go the extra mile to ensure that no issue is left unaddressed.
