These guys were the best, they sussed out the problems, went through lots of extra trouble to find parts, fix it as economically possible and kept me informed the whole way through. Loved them!

I was able to get an appointment quickly, was treated with utmost courtesy both on the phone and in person, both at the drop off and pickup of my vehicle. The problem with my car was diagnosed and explained to me thoroughly both verbally and in the follow up paperwork. Since they were able to determine the problem quickly, I was only charged half the amount that had been estimated! What’s not to love ❤️! Thank you!

I'm very appreciative of 'Scotts Valley Transmission'! Not only do they give a great service to a transmission, I recently needed them to do some other work for me. In brief, the front motor mount in my minivan broke (sheared off) while I was accelerating from a stop sign and it caused the engine to lift so high that it hit some bolts around where the wipers are mounted (there are visible scratches on the valve cover). I thought that there likely would be more damage elsewhere and I feared that it would be expensive to fix it all. Well, not only did 'Scotts Valley Transmission' give me the best estimate to replace the motor mount, they also inspected the other parts that could have been effected and they're okay. I even ended up paying a few dollars less than the original estimate. Thanks 'Scotts Valley Transmission'! :)

Honest, willing to fix it and not just replace it. Clear communication. Reasonable price. Reasonable time frame. Clearly understand mechanics very well - great detail in describing issues and reasoning behind actions. These guys are solid.
