Mark Kennedy is the owner of Scotts Valley Transmission & Auto Care, and has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Mark started his career as a diesel mechanic in England, working on heavy-goods vehicles. However, his professional life went down a slightly different path when he began working for two iconic British automotive brands, Jaguar cars and Triumph Motorcycles, the latter of which he worked with for over 20 years.
Mark and his family moved to California for a job with Zero Motorcycles in Scotts Valley. Despite his love for his job, Kennedy had a burning aspiration to be a business owner himself. So, he looked to the auto industry for the next chapter in his professional life, and found Scotts Valley Transmissions and Auto Care. He bought the business in July of 2014, and has been providing high-quality auto repair and service ever since.
Mark prides himself on keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing automotive industry. This ambitious spirit is reflected in Scotts Valley Transmissions and Auto Care working with various training and technical support centers, including ATRA, IATN, TRNI, ATSG, and ASE.
