This time, it was new rotors and pads for our '99 F250 ... Brad was careful to figure out our truck's needs (horse-trailering), decided on some high-end parts, and estimated a price which was slightly less than other mechanics who suggested using mid-range "OEM" parts. I needed to shift the appointment around, they accommodated, then got us in and out in one day. They checked brake fluid and decided against exchanging it (which I had pre-authorized) and they undershot their estimate by about 10% (nice surprise!) A year ago they rebuilt the truck's trans (in the midst of the Lightning Complex fires!) and it's held up great. 5 stars for their value, professionalism, and integrity!
