Surprisingly fast response and willingness to diagnose my transmission. Received a telephone call from Brad (Manager) who described in detail what the diagnosis was, and what steps he recommended toward solving the shifting problem. Brad and team quickly obtained the needed parts and expertly installed them. They checked numerous ancillary transmission components, tested the fluid, and checked the seals and gaskets. The attention to detail is what impresses me the most. As they say, "The devil is in the details". Scotts Valley Transmission service is some of the best I have witnessed.
