From the moment I made my appointment to have the 6K mi. maintenance with Rigo, I had a good feeling that my car would be well taken care of. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and they were able to accommadate a commitment I had for mid-afternoon by completing the inspection, maintenance and work very quickly. Every detail was explained to me, and all my questions were answered in a knowledgeable, polite, and respectful way. Thank you for a job well done in every aspect. I guess I found my car care place at Scotts Valley Transmission & Auto Care! Oh, and Rigo was gracious enough to take me home and pick me up afterward.
