Although I got bad news about the condition of my transmission, I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service. I got an appointment right away. After the diagnostic they explained the issues very clearly and broke it down so I could understand (since I don’t know much about transmissions) he even went the extra mile to call dealerships to see if I might be able to get an extended warranty. This was an excellent experience despite the bad news about my car!
